Take Exit 68 for NV-431 South in the direction of North Lake Tahoe.

From Sacramento, California

Start on I-80 E from Sacramento, heading towards Reno.

Exit onto NV-267 South via Exit 188 toward Kings Beach/Lake Tahoe, and then take NV-28 S towards East Shore (Approximately 2 hours).

Get on I-80 E from central San Francisco, which later becomes US-50 E.
